Throwing up a link for this soup I just made for dinner...delicious, soothing, and simple! Enjoy!
I'm putting up a link for you parents out there who would like for your kid to learn a little bit about the world around them in a cool way!
I found this website that I will definitely register Camp for when she's old enough to appreciate it!
It's called Little Passports and each month they send your child a packet containing cool things that teach them about a different country or state.
It's something they'll look forward to each month, it's a great way for them to learn, and it's affordable!
Here's the link--->
I was playing around in the kitchen trying to whip up a tasty mixed drink and this is what I came up with. Blake liked it and he doesn't usually care much for my "girly" drinks, so I thought I would share:)
Well, I slacked off and took a day off from blogging yesterday...so I'd thought I would share this video just in case you haven't come across it on Facebook yet or didn't see it on Ellen.
It's a great Saturday morning/afternoon laugh! I am most definitely Andy when it comes to Haunted Houses. I sacrifice someone else for my safety every time lol.
I don't get to read as much as I like now; but I just finished this one and I thought it was really cute.
It's a sweet book about an amateur wedding planner and her struggle in trying to make a name for herself while holding on to her growing relationship with her boyfriend.
There are some pretty embarrassing moments in it that will make you smile.
It's a sweet book...I definitely would recommend it. The setting is in London so a lot of the wording and places are new to me but all in all I really enjoyed it.
It's a great, funny read if you're looking for something light and simple:)
To love is to share life together
to build special plans just for two
to work side by side
and then smile with pride
as one by one, dreams all come true.
To love is to help and encourage
with smiles and sincere words of praise
to take time to share
to listen and care
in tender, affectionate ways.
To love is to have someone special
one who you can always depend
to be there through the years
sharing laughter and tears
as a partner, a lover, a friend.
To love is to make special memories
of moments you love to recall
of all the good things
that sharing life brings
love is the greatest of all.
I've learned the full meaning
of sharing and caring
and having my dreams all come true;
I've learned the full meaning
of being in love
by being and loving with you.

One of my favorite shows of all time is I Love Lucy. I love the simplicity and sweetness of the show...and actually, I adore the black and white too. It is such a classic and Lucy is a comedy icon. That being said, it's National I Love Lucy day! So for today, I'm posting a link to one of the most iconic scenes of the show. Enjoy it and make sure to smile!!
I have made these jokers a good bit; they are sooooooo good! They taste like Reese's but now you can make them yourselves:)
